We would like to apologise that the new community transport service for Earley, formerly operated by the Earley Volunteer Driver Bureau, has been delayed in its re-start. We had planned to open today, Monday 23 May, but BT have advised the telephone number (0118 986 6980) will not be working until Thursday 26 May.
Having started the process of transferring this number to us on 7 March it is extremely frustrating that they have failed to implement it by their ‘latest’ date of 20 May. We are also unable to set a call forward or answerphone service on the number before Thursday.
