Our Annual Impact Report was formally launched at our recent Annual Public Meeting held at Wokingham Town Hall.

Alongside the impact we highlight in this report, with further analysis we were able to present at our Annual Meeting the added value we provide in the voluntary sector, by looking at our return on investment (ROI). By utilising the average salary paid in local government and applying this to the volume of volunteer hours, staff salaries and then adding the amount we actually spend in delivering our services, we can demonstrate a 4.9x ROI based on the funding we receive from our service contracts. This ‘added value’ equates to over £335,000 made up by grants we apply for, donations received and the value of volunteer time contributions.
As we all face increasing financial challenges, and demand for our services soars, we would again like to say a huge thank you to our volunteers, donors and other supporters for helping us make such a huge impact on so many people’s lives and being able to demonstrate that we provide enormous value for the underpinning investment we receive.
